Today was pipeline. We ran to rattlesnake gulch then back, and then ran a little bit more up the mountain to add a little mileage.

Today was at Sugarhouse. We ran a warm up of the state course did hills then circuits and then ran around the state course backwards.

Today was at Liberty Park. We ran around the park for a warm up. Then we did 4 strides up the hill, after we ran fartlek around the pond and ended with a couple laps around the park.

Today was the bike and run! I was partnered with Olivia, I thought that we would do really well and we did! We worked really well the whole entire time and I am glad to have been partnered with Olivia. We ended up finishing 5th for East, which i think was really good.

Today we met at the Zoo. We started off running and I was doing pretty well. When I got to the construction site neither me or Olivia really knew where to go. We stayed together and tried to find our way. But at some point we made a wrong turn and just kept running and running hoping to maybe see anyone we knew. When we were now nearing Shriners Hospital we asked a girl if she had seen any runners, she said no. So we turned around and just went back, we came upon Amanda and Kevin, but that passed us. When we finished everyone was already done. We then stretched. Really fun experience with Olivia!

Today we met at Wheeler Farm, we did our warm up, and I didnt do extra this time. Then did fartlek and then our cool down. It was a really nice run.

Today we met at Sunnyside and I did okay. We ran the gully run, which is one of my favorites, but I still felt really sick.

Today I felt like death. Last night I couldnt even breathe, this morning couldnt again. I tried running around but it did no good. So my run was really short.

Today was the Deseret News 10K! It was SO much fun! I felt really good, pretty much the whole run! I loved it! I got 48:29 which I think is okay.

Today we met at Liberty Park. We ran a lap, then did some strides, and then another lap. After we went to the Park Cafe and had breakfast with the team! It was a lot of fun!

Today we met at the Cottonwood Complex. We did our warm up, and then we ran the state course while doing fartlek, I didnt get as lost as I thought I would, so I was glad. Then we ran a 1/2 mile cool down barefoot, which felt really good and was fun.

Today we met at Sunnyside. We started there and ran what felt like forever until we got all the way to the flag pole by the freeway. I was feeling pretty sick and did okay I think for feelling the way I did.

Today we met at Sugarhouse Park. We ran the cemetery run, but me and my group kept getting lost. We finally found Sarah and basically followed her for a while. Then we found our way and finished the run off pretty well.

Today I just ran around my neighborhood a little bit, it was about a half hour jog so I think it was about 3 miles.

Today we met at Liberty Park and basically just ran a ton of laps. HaHa. It was an okay run, not too bad, but I dont think I enjoy Liberty as much as others.

Today we met at Sugarhouse and started off with a lap, then we played 21 on one of the state hills. I really liked this run, it was a lot of fun. I left a little early before the warm up but I think that was okay.

Today we ran the JCC trail. It was an okay run, we ran the first little while with rocks in our hands and then we left them in a big pile that XC has been doing for a long time.

Today we met at Wheeler Farm and to start we did a very long warm up because I got lost and the people that I was with. We then did fartlek then we did a relay and cool down. It was a really nice and relaxing run.

Today was the 7/11 run. We met at Sunnyside and started there. I really liked this run and had a good time. I now never want a slurpee again but it was worth it. We ended at Liberty and I ran home from there and straight to my piano lesson.
